Over the last 30 years we have produced a varied range of components and below are some examples to give you an idea of what we can produce with different materials.

 

 

 

These pieces are produced from Aluminium HE30 '6082-T6'.

  • The ring was produced for a spacer for an engine.
  • The far left is a spacer produced to work with pressured gas.
  • The far right is a spindle housing for a pin which is pressed into wood.
 

These pieces are produced from different types of brasses.

  • The far left component is a value adaptor with a hexagon spanner locator produced from Brass 'CZ121'
  • The dish which has two components on top was manufactured as a end cap and produced from Pure Copper.
  • The left component on the dish is a valve guide for an engine and produced from Colisbro.
  • The right component on the dish is a top-hat bush and produced from Phosphor Bronze.
  • The far end component is a adaptor and produced from Aluminium Nickel Bronze.
 

All these components are produced from a plastic called Acetal.

  • Far left component is for positioning another component for high pressure water pump.
  • White ring component is a washer.
  • Black component in the middle is a screw with a large null top.
  • The far right component is a sealing washer.

 

 

All of these components are produced using Steel of different grades.

  • Far left component is a end cap produced from 17-4PH
  • Large centre component is water pump diaphragm produced from Double Overage FV520B.
  • Small centre component is a door stop adjuster produced from Stainless Steel 303 'S31'
  • Far right component insert screw produced from Stainless Steel 316 'S11'

 

 

 

These two pieces shows the different surface finishes that can be achieved. From a rough turned machined finish (bottom) to a smooth mirror finish (top).
