Being a family run company we can manufacture individual ‘one off’ component too batches of 1000's of the same component. We can offer help in designing components and offer advice on what material best fits the application.

I.P. Engineering is a family owned company and has be in the engineering trade for 30 years, based in the South-West of England and do work for local individuals and companies all over the UK.

In our time we have manufacture components out of such material like cast iron, mild steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminium, nickel, titanium, acetal, nylon and compositions like aluminium bronze, copper nickel to mention a few.

Not all Material's are equal and comes in different grades and types, for example stainless steel has grades 303, 304, 316 and many others. These grades of material varies depending on the environment the component is required for.

We can also have components heat treated, ground/hone or plated. The finish of your components can be just a machine finish up to a mirror finish.
